Feeling to die....due to joint pain ...im suffering chikungunya from last 3month ...I took all saline ns and dexona .pan d. Tablets like ultracet aldesic p .zerodolsp.dolo.mahacortdz6.topla d.still my joint r paining lot plz suggest me plz plz

I have episodes of coldness in feet and toes and my hands, and tense neck and shoulders muscles along with raised blood pressure especially diastolic. My blood pressure rises to 140/100, 130/100 range and diastolic is always high. I have palpitations also. I am taking Cilnidipine 20 daily but there is no effect on diastolic blood pressure and cold extremities. And even on taking Cilnidipine i get these episodes of rise of blood pressure and coldness in extremities. My thyroid levels are normal.

My mother have autoimmune diseases, like mctd from 5 years. She is treating by doctor.But dr is stopped all the medicine except antacid(pantocid dsr). I wanted to know that how harmfull this mctd. Is it life threading? Can it cure? Please said all the details  about this mctd.

Suffering from joint pain since 2011. Tried multiple medications, but no improvement. Was better between 2017-2018 when under biological injections. But pain came back after stopping. For last 2 years my CRP was in range of 75-80. But this year CRP is down to 40 without any medication. What does this mean?

I had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and SLE disease recently. I woke up with a pop sound in both my knees and now my knee caps have become unstable and have started floating around. It was never like this in the last 19 years. My treating doctor is not available for another month. Does anyone have an idea if this is a complication of lupus or Rheumatoid arthritis or can it be something else. Please help me doctor 🙏

I got the test done today on 18/10/22. My uric acid is 9.5 and B12 is 65. I have a history of knee joint pain on regular basis. I do not get gou attacks. I was prescribed febuget 40 for many months but when i am on medicine uric acid used to go down but knee joint used to remain same. Then i switched to homeopathic nd continuing from an year or so, so got b12 checked after some advice. Is this continous pain because of b12 deficiency or high uric acid. Pls guide.

Earlier had uric acid levels of about 10.6 and now reduced to 4.8 with medication. Still leg swelling and joint pain is has started. What could be the reason? Is that an after effect of past uric acid levels?

Hi Sir/madam, Ra factor igg is 16 and igm 60 positive. But accp and cbp esr crp everything is normal. I have allergy in nose. And muslce weakness. Pls advice do i have rheumatoid arthisist ?

Hello, Sir or Madam.  I have a little weakness in my hands and weak legs. I feel numbness in my hands in the morning. I get tingling cramps if I sleep on my hands, and if I sit for a long time. So I approached a neurologist. He suggested a few tests, one of which is the ra factor.  I did the ra factor test first (immudrby method) and in that report the normal range was 0-14. I got 16. So I got doubts and went to another lab. Now they did the latex aggulation method and said negative. Now I am completely confused again. I went to the doctor. Now he suggested an anti-CCP test. It also shows a negative. I also did crp and esr, and both didn't have any inflammation. I don't have any pain but weakness and numbness if I put pressure on it. After googling, I came to know there are many other tests if ra is positive and ccp is negative. I'm doing well and do not have any complaints about Ra. Kindly advise
