Hello doctor I am suffering from body ache and low grade fever a doctor suggest me ANA test it's come positive with 2+ and 1:160 pattern homogeneous what is that and why come positive

Hi, It's been 15 years since my symptoms initially appeared, first cervical pain, then back pain and every year a new pain gets added. I have medication resistant pain, or they don't work now properly as they gave me more pain so i have to change pain medication every other day. Recently from one year have developed digestive issues, so the medicines are even more of a hit and miss now. I have taken ketamine and lidocaine treatment also. Needless to say nothing worked. With all these things i have also the usual suspects- anxiety, depression, bpd. I have changed doctors so many times and i think no one beleives me and now recently last doctor thinks i have drug seeking behaviour. Well offcourse i do, i want to be in less pain. I know i should do the usual things - exercise etc but i consider enough achievement to get to work every day. So what is something that i can do

Can repeated use of soaps cause nail pitting? I have been using soaps quite frequently for washing my hands since covid. And sometimes, I feel the dryness caused by it might have triggered nail pitting. And whenever I walk 2-3 kilometres, my fingers,palm and feel get slightly swollen which gets normal in 1 hour. HsCRP was below 1 and ear was also 8 in the normal range.

I did a complete blood test, which included ANA. It shows ANA ( Elisa) positive, value 89.93!! My orthopaedic said it's too high just for my mind, i repeated the test from a different diagnostic centre and here it different format. Can someone guide me if both the reports have same value or if there is a vast difference

Increasing platelet im 15 days from 401 to 490,and symptoms from last 5 months with pinkish big/small bumps on arms and body,sometimes swelling in hand

ANA positive  and  Creatine kinase 240 CRP, thyroid profile, Lft , hba1c, esr, hscrp ,RA Factor normal , anti CCP anti bodies normal Muscles weakness stiffness joint sounds stiffness and tenderness sometimes after noon time low grade fever with dizziness aches , insomnia , confusion, low concentration Muscles strucking and weakness and weak muscle mass .

Hi Doctor, My brother-in-law has been experiencing severe neck and back pain for the past 15 days. He recently tested HLA-B27 positive and is now unable to lift his hand also due to the pain. Could this be related to the HLA-B27 result? What should be the next steps for diagnosis and treatment?

Attached my ANA Report taken a year ago.. One day my right upper feet went numbness ,little swelling and lot of pain.. both my ankles were little swollen it's same from a month I'm thinking it is gout as my uric acid is 6.1 Now, my left leg is also giving me flares and both hands thumbs joint are paining.. But even head back is also paining like he'll feels pining since last week. I'm on medication but no difference.. what to do? Legs hands and left side head numbness and pain.. Frankly speaking tired of seeing lots of doctors now no budget for more doctors Guide me please.

Recently I have been diagnosed with the impression of sacroilitis in my mri report . My rheumatologist prescribed me saaz 500 thrice a day with etoshine 60 once a day( for two) weeks however after taking medicine I got allergic reactions with sulfasalazine despite the fact my stiffness and pain was better when I was on saaz. Now what medications should I switch to my rheumatologist have said now we can only rely on NSAIDs and if possible on biologics. But I don't want to switch to biologics so early.
