Psychological Counselling

Almost every night i have strange dreams and eventually in the morning i feel uncomfortable. I don't remember the whole dream but some part of it and some location i see in my dreams more than one time but that location doesn't exist. Most of the dreams are around people i know or i feel i know but i don't remember. Every dream is totally different to another. One day i saw my ex boss whom i have never seen in last 3 years. Then there is a huge balcony next to my bedroom, currently there is a washroom but in my dream when i open that door there is a beautiful place. I need to know what is happening with me.

My mother is facing too much problem. She is not willing to trust her own family members. Her changes in behaviour is getting worst. We tried enough to take her to psychiatric but she's not willing to come She always claims she's fine & nothing happened to her. Please suggest what can I do??

How should I deal with social anxiety disorder. I am afraid at my engagement I will become nervous and start shivering my hands and become a joke for every one.

Whenever I think about any painful event I get under extreme stress and anxiety . Like whenever i watch the recent sushant singh rajput suicide related news in tv I get stressed. Could you help me to overcome this?

Unhappy person who can't appreciates anything in life. Very abusive and demanding person who blames everybody else for his unpleasantness. Very mean to h is own family too & too self-centred though he provides materialistic things to his family and they need not to think about spending on anything. He doesn't watch TV much .He remembers all unpleasant memories and firmly believes he is being  victim all this while. Not happy with his wife & kids

Sir /Madam. Is psychological counselling is included with the precto plus. I just want to know because i am thinking to take precto plus. And can i consult with the same doctor.?

I have anexiety problem . i feel feared from people and i dont have friends . i am very scared to go to public places . whats shoudl i do ?

Hi doctor My brother 25 years old he is not active almost 4 to 5 years post under graduation he us having this usually he is not outspoken he sleepy allover the day and not going to any job also if he went only 1 month going for it almost 4 years he didn't come out from house he dont have friends too. And if advise him he wont care it and little household help also he will not do. If we say anything more than that he will behave like arrogant. Nowadays he became obsessed too. We are fed up with him. Please light up his life by your suggestion. Many thanks in advance.

I am so much of worry about my health and also some backpain also worries me and nightmares also came

I'm asked by my parents to leave my job and move with my husband who stays abroad. I live all by myself. he lives in a country where I'm not allowed to work. My husband personally have no issues with me working in India as he is planning to shift here after 2years. I've always been career oriented person and can't think of a life in home all the time.
