Unable to have sound sleep
Almost every night i have strange dreams and eventually in the morning i feel uncomfortable. I don't remember the whole dream but some part of it and some location i see in my dreams more than one time but that location doesn't exist. Most of the dreams are around people i know or i feel i know but i don't remember. Every dream is totally different to another. One day i saw my ex boss whom i have never seen in last 3 years. Then there is a huge balcony next to my bedroom, currently there is a washroom but in my dream when i open that door there is a beautiful place. I need to know what is happening with me.

Hi first let me help you understand how dreams work. There are many theories of why we dream. Here I am explaining one of it to you that seems the most plausible according to me. Throughout the day we have many thoughts and we see many things however we cannot pay attention to each one of those. But subconsciously your brain is registering all of it. So you may not have actively thought about your boss on a particular day but something that you might have seen must have reminded you of your boss at a subconscious level that you are not completely aware of. At night when we sleep our brain organises all the information we have received throughout the day. The dreams we see are the flashes of this organising.
