Hi! You will have to change your lifestyle and commit to it for at least for 2 months to turn it into a habit and a part of your routine. You can adapt to healthier ways while have a desk job; like take short breaks in between to walk a little, manage to do some steps and physical activity. Breathing techniques will really help. Reduce your caffeine intake to 1-2 cups a day only. Immense screen time may also cause you to feel lethargic and sleepy. If not work related or important, try to reduce that and replace it with reading books or nature walks. Some of these can really bring a difference but at the same time you can also seek counselling for anxiety. Anxiety at a minor level can be helped with certain lifestyle changes. Getting enough sleep is also important. 20 mins - half hour power napping if you’re working from home.
Next Steps
Counselling to help with anxiety and commitment to lifestyle changes.

I can see that you're having a tough time with sleep and anxiety, and it's really important to address these issues. It's great that you've been making lifestyle changes, but sometimes, that might not be enough. Have you thought about speaking to a healthcare professional or therapist who specializes in sleep and anxiety? They can help you figure out the underlying causes and work on solutions that are personalized to your needs. In the meantime, it's also good to work on creating a bedtime routine that can help you relax before sleep. Things like deep breathing, meditation, or even a warm bath can be helpful. And try to limit screen time before bedtime because the blue light from screens can mess with your sleep. Remember, you don't have to face this on your own. There are experts who can provide you with the right guidance and support to improve your sleep and manage your anxiety better.
