Till then, here are some basic tips to help you: No addiction stands in itself. There is often a certain situation or feeling that one tries to avoid. Try to find the trigger. When do you feel the most urge to watch porn or use phone? What preceeds the feeling? Once you know your trigger, try to actively and consciously stop it. Get professional help. Hi You can consult with a Psychologist or psychiatrist. Advice Phone addiction: Don't use the phone after 10'o clock. Put your phone far from you. Mobile light will reduce your sleep, because there is a hormone which is called serotonin is cause for our sleep. Maintain a sleep hygiene. Try to sleep in a comfortable place. Porn addiction: A question: Are you married or single? Need to speak about the causes for porn addiction. You can divert this addiction from you.   Moreover need to know your thoughts about your family and business
