Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it’s tough for you. It looks like feeling of guilt and shame have engulfed you. Porn addiction is a result of some subconscious trauma Which is embedded and has severe feelings of grief and sadness and other difficult feeling. To over come these feeling of lows, we feel this need to find some highs by watching porn. The addiction is coming from this place of a compulsion to avoid these feelings of low. We want to do it again and again because as soon as we stop we start feeling the lows which are stored in our system. Once we create a safe space and heal the emotional lows stored, you will not feel the need to watch porn so much and eventually you will only watch it for entertainment purpose and not as a compulsion of sorts. You’re brave. Stay

Hi, It is certainly not right the way you feel about women. It is evident that porn habit is affecting you adversely.
