If i wake up early, feel extremely lazy and lethargic the entire day, but no matter how lazy or tired i am, i feel extremely active in the night. I try to sleep early, but i am unable to sleep till 3am everyday. How can i change this habit?

Changing sleep habits can be challenging, but it's possible with gradual adjustments. Start by setting your alarm just 30 minutes earlier each day. Try to expose yourself to natural light in the morning to help reset your internal clock. In the evening, create a calming bedtime routine to help you wind down. Avoid screens at least an hour before bed and practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing or reading. If you continue to struggle, consider consulting with a sleep specialist. At Mind Sculpt, we offer online sessions to help you develop healthy sleep habits. Reach out to us to book a session and get the support you need.
