You seem to be undergoing psychological changes like anxiety and depression. It seems that your case is not cured completely. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. Allopathic medicine is effective for a time being with a lot of side effects. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

It’s good to know that your symptoms of anxiety, low mood, and sleep disturbances had improved while on medication. However, it’s important to understand that abruptly stopping psychiatric medication, especially after feeling better, can often lead to a return of symptoms sometimes even stronger than before. Medications like Placida and Nexito 5 should be tapered or adjusted under a psychiatrist’s supervision, rather than stopped suddenly.
Next Steps
Book a follow-up appointment with your psychiatrist as soon as possible. Share your current symptoms, your experience of stopping the medicines, and the fatigue you experienced during the day while on them. The doctor might recommend restarting medication, adjusting the dosage, or exploring alternative options with fewer daytime side effects. Alongside medication, psychotherapy can be very effective in managing anxiety, low mood, and sleep issues.
Health Tips
Maintain a consistent sleep schedule i.e., wake up and sleep at the same time daily. Limit caffeine and heavy meals after evening hours. Engage in light physical activities like walking or stretching during the day. Practice deep-breathing exercises before bedtime. Avoid self-medicating or stopping medicines without medical advice, even if you feel better temporarily.

Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern. For sound sleep, you need to tire your body throughout the day, so try exercise and have daily walks before sleeping. Practice Bhramari Pranayam and Progressive muscle relaxation daily for sound sleep. If this still persist then consult therapist and consider techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Tailored strategies to your specific needs with professional psychologist will help you.

It’s very common to feel better after taking medicines like Placida and Nexito, but stopping them suddenly without doctor’s advice can cause symptoms to return. These medicines usually work by balancing brain chemicals, and when they are stopped abruptly, the brain takes time to adjust, leading to a relapse of anxiety, depression, and sleep problems.
Next Steps
Please consult your psychiatrist again. 2. Support with Lifestyle Changes: Along with medicines, start very basic lifestyle steps: Fixed sleep-wake time every day (even on holidays) 20-30 minutes of light sunlight exposure daily Gentle movement like walking Deep breathing practice before sleeping (5 minutes). Therapy Support: Medicines treat the symptoms, but therapy can help you manage the root causes of anxiety, negative thoughts, and sleep difficulties for long-term recovery.
Health Tips
Healing is like building a house — first you need strong bricks (medicines) and then strong paint and protection (lifestyle + therapy). If you stop medicines too early, the house becomes shaky again. Patience and proper guidance will make your healing more stable and permanent. Soul Savera Recommendation: At Soul Savera, we also provide emotional support and therapy for anxiety, sleep issues, and emotional exhaustion alongside your medical treatment, so you don't feel alone in the process. You are not weak for needing help — you are brave for choosing to heal.

Hi, Stopping medication after a period of use, especially psychotropic medications like can often lead to a return of symptoms. This is because the brain and body have adjusted to the medication, and stopping abruptly can disrupt this adjustment, causing a rebound effect. While the medications likely helped manage your symptoms, the long-term solution may not be just to rely on medication. Further discussion with your doctor is crucial to explore other options such as lifestyle changes, therapy, or adjusting the medication regimen, possibly to a less potent form or a different approach.
