I am facing a lot of stress, anxiety and serious trust issues, anger issues, irritation, mood swings and tension. Its like the day should just end so that i can sleep and not think about anything else. Regular headaches, sudden increase in heartbeats sometimes for seconds when i am tensed. Serious trust issues and extreme anger issues suddenly, guilt and depression.

Bit confused in life I am a network engineer with 8yrs of exp and now I am joining MBA B school with work and study program and hence want to be off technical field and move towards management. But my salary will come down but I am going to married very soon and my in laws are strict with salary and my salary will come down from 8 lacs to 3.5 lacs but I will have peace of mind so please advise me what do I do your answer will be very useful..

My brother has been suffering from anxiety issues and anger issues since a while. These issues aggravated in the lockdown. He takes a lot of stress and needs counseling for the same.

I feel always thinking about something and I have some sensation in throat makes me swallow unwanted ly ,like self clearing the throat it's very uncomfortable please help 🙏🙏

My 11 yrs old boy has a history of enlarged Adenoid which leads to recurrent  ear infection and fever. we didn't operate it ,  recently in a liver function  test his ALKALINE  phosphate is 596  and some black spot on his tongue.. I am also worried that at 11 years only he faced puberty, followed by voice change pubic hair growth , too much pimples, aggression, irritation too much interested in mobile game , answer back on every statement, too much anger , if I scold him then he tries to hurt him .or retaliate and hit others too .he drinks very less water and urinate also 3 times a day . Kindly guide me

Hi Doctor, I feel irrated over every little things, I behave rude with family members, i always have negative thoughts going on in my mind, I feel restless, I feel like being alone. I want to detest myself from every human. I dont feel good when I am around people. I feel insecure. I feel hesitant to be close to people as I am scared of losing them. I feel like as if I will lose them if I grow closer with them and they would start to hate me. I feel so depressed that I start thinking that I am going to lose my sanity sooner. Sometimes, I start eating lots and lots of food even if I am full. But before I was not like this. I was very lively. I was very good to people.

My son is having frequent (once or twice a day) unexplainable anger anxiety episodes. Sometimes he hits himself sometime hits us. Generally it goes away itself taking anywhere between 10 mins to an hour... Many a times he gets ok if he eats something during the episode... His fasting glucose and PP reports are normal.

I have got multiple health issues over last few years. Continuous salivation making my life hell. Something gets continuously stuck in teeth but no dentists are able to diagnose from 2 years. Already had ligament surgeries and fracture in legs from 10 years and still one surgery pending. Getting regular kidney stones. Now facing lot of palpitations, breathing problems and uncomfort for 2 years, so was put on anxiety tablets. For many of my physical health issues, doctors are not treating and telling me that its just anxiety and so my health issues compounding. Need proper treatment to get back to life.
