My 5 yr old boy is terrified of writing. He cannot write. So we have decided to repeat the year at school. However, he is so afraid that he shouts, screams, palpitates when he sees a notebook, pencil. How do I overcome this fear?

I've no idea, stressed, having no interest in anything. Just wanted to run away from everything. Feeling irritated and unable to focus.

Every once in a while I just feel upset and I cry, I just want to cry and I feel so low. I fee that if I never existed as in born then everyone would be happy without me. This started when I was small.
