Hey, Here are a few things to reflect upon: 1. If you are still in this abusive relationship, what is keeping you folded in this relationship? Explore different factors, because you have to now make strategies to overcome and deal with these factors. 2. Do you see any similarity between your relationship and your parents relationship? Often we tend to have a disturbed relationship, if we have seen dysfunction family. Reflect if this is the case Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and other therapeutic modalities can help you to deal with this issue and live a better life. You can connect with me to know more!
Health Tips
Note: Immediate interventions are needed if: 1. The relationship is so toxic that it is affecting your day to day functioning. 2. If the abuse has been continually present for more than 2 months now.

Hi... I am in Bangalore but working online due to pandemic restrictions. I have be working on marital couples from a long time now and I am aware of various kinds of trauma, abuse, and emotional issues faced by couples as well as their extended families/ in-laws. Being around a narcissistic person can be really abusive, especially in a marital setting. It can hamper a person's self esteem, self worth, and self confidence to an extent of dysfunction. Path to recovery is not an easy one as there are no quick fixes in Therapy. It will take minimum an year long therapy with weekly sessions to overcome this trauma and abuse. You will be able to experience change and improvement after 3—4 months into therapy.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions on Weekly basis.
