Loneliness after narcissistic abuse
Does any counsellor understand narcissist abuse . Life has turned upside down after this toxic relationship. Not even a single person to talk to! This is really hard.

Hi, It would help if I know who is this person you are referring to in the relationship. How long has the relationship lasted. When did you realise this relation was getting toxic? Are you still around the person? Why do you say there’s no single person to talk to. What is your social support like.
Next Steps
You seem to be under a lot of stress and pain. Thinking clearly for yourself can become very difficult at such times. You will get through this. Being heard without judgements and openly in itself is a process of healing. You can contact me on Practo we can discuss this further.

Hi, Do completely understand your problem. You can discuss with your friends and openly ask for help. You need to work on yourself in developing certain good qualities like being polite, using right words, and developing friendly relationship with people. This could help in dealing with other people in a better manner. Talk therapy would help you. Recommend to consult a psychologist and take a series of sessions.
