Hi, I'm truly sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds extremely challenging and distressing, especially considering the impact on your mental and physical health, as well as the well-being of your young daughter. Living with a partner who has Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) can be particularly difficult, especially when there is a cycle of abuse. It’s crucial to prioritize your safety and mental health, as well as that of your child. If local psychologists haven't been effective, consider seeking support from a therapist who specializes in trauma or domestic abuse, possibly through online platforms if in-person options are limited. Additionally, exploring support groups for individuals in similar situations could provide you with valuable insights and coping strategies. Remember, it’s important to establish boundaries and seek legal advice if necessary to ensure a safe environment for yourself and your daughter. Your well-being is paramount, and it's essential to take steps toward healing and safety.

You both need to undergo counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine for complete recovery. Allopathic medicine may not be convincing to her or you. It's best to continue with homeopathic medicine to avoid side effects and addiction. BPD and your concern needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

BPD cases are very difficult to manage without medication. But the irony is that the patients most commonly refuse medication and medical consultation. We do not have a system in which a mental health patient can be administered medication without his/her consent. In this, what our current system fails to address is the fact that refusal to accept treatment by itself is a symptom of the disease. In the families with a BPD sufferer, the children's mental health often gets affected adversely. So, you are quite likely to face that situation too, in some time. It is common for the closely related caregivers to end up suffering serious mental health issues in mental health management. All these prompt me to advise you to seek help from any social organisation that is working in the field of managing those suffering from mental health matters. If things don't work out, I would suggest you to explore any practical solution for you to come out of your current situation. Please consult an experienced psychologist and get guided on that.
