Depression or anxiety
Every once in a while I just feel upset and I cry, I just want to cry and I feel so low. I fee that if I never existed as in born then everyone would be happy without me. This started when I was small.

Hi.... All these suggest repressed childhood issues, probably related to parenting. You need to under Therapy for at least an year with weekly sessions, if you don't want to be controlled by your past. These frequent outburst of emotions are only overt expressions of an underlying conflict. There may be triggers in your present environment but the root always lie in the past.
