Psychological Counselling

Hello. I'm 28 year old. From past few months my life is totally going hell. I feel like i will die if things are going like this. My brain cells are paining and i became too much stubborn. I really need urgent help others i may hurt myself or may be others too. Because i really don't know what i am doing and where I'm going in life. Just too much stressed out.

When i focus on my thoughts i can see my thoughts in words or any word which i don't see before i imagine it in my mind is that normal?is this visualisation or something else?

I need help. I just wish there is some platform/forum to vent out. Is it wrong to be emotional and sensitive?

Some time feeling anxiety feeling depression like no one can understand me should I consult to any therapist?

Since a few years I am not able to keep things in my memory for a longer time, I keep forgetting things,I sometimes feel like I am not in reality this is a dream, Its very difficult to fall asleep, When I suddenly think about my embrassing past moments I just start talking to myself out of nowhere and I start to make weird faces suddenly (I always realise it later about what just I did), My insides keep telling me to do dangerous things or not things not good for that particular moment. Sometimes I hallucinate that someone said something, what has happened to me? Please tell me

Why do i see thoughts in words in my mind? i mean if i want to see any words i can see in my mind is that normal?it started when i start focusing on imagination and visualisation.

I am unable to sleep from last 1 month ,which makes me irritate and lack of concentration also feel some time anxiety

I can't forget my ex and move on.I am 31 years old female still unmarried. I can't accept anyone else instead him but he is getting married. How to overcome this problem

Hi doctor I am loving a girl so sincerely from past 7 years and I was broken now and ,now I am not even able to take some things could you please help me with this.

Bcoz I earlier also informed that whenever I still for study after sometime all other things come into mind. I totally cannt concentrate on study. I am really wasting my time bcz help me how to get over this plz
