I am sure it must be really tough to handle to see your ex with someonelse. I would suggest you take counselling sessions in order to address your past as then only you will be able to vision your present and future :)

Hi You are not able to get over your ex and move on. Give yourself time and space to heal. You can gradually work on healing and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. A psychologist will help you heal. Counselling sessions will help you.
