I have consulted with some doctor as per report endometrial thickness is above 20mm will D&C can be sufficient treatment or should I go for myomectomy surgery kindly suggest with some words

Hi, I got my double marker test done at 10 weeks 6d as per the suggestion of my gynaec. I got NT scan done at 13 weeks 1d. The results of NT scan are fine. But double marker test shows high risk of 1:62 for down syndrome. And the PAPPA levels are very low. They are 221 mU/L. And about 0.16 MOM. I have repeated the double marker test. Will the Pappa levels increase at 13 weeks? Will the repeated test show increased levels of PAPPA?

Hi doctor, I am breastfeeding mother having 1year 2month baby. From last 2cycles( feb and march 2023), on 16th day to 19th day getting single drop of spotting. On 23rd day getting light period . This month usg pelvis was done (on 4th April 2023), uterus, endometrium, ovary was normal, endometrium was 10mm. On 5th AprilApril 2023,got my period. It was very scanty(5th 6th 7th of this month). From 8th April, medium flow(1/4 pad). Again today (11th April) usg pelvis was done. Uterus is normal, no polyp no fibroid. Endometrium is 8mm,in report given as both ovaries are bulky with increased stromal echogenicity, multiple peripheral follicles. My question is will my endometrium becomes thin if I wait for further 3 to 4days, still I am bleeding with medium flow, no clots? I consulted my gynec, she prescribed trapic mf for 3days.  Second is will bulky ovaries indicates pcod? Thanks in advance

My daughter is 11 years old.she is suffering with itching near cervix.At first she had encountered this problem 1 year back..at that time she is having discharge also.test reports said that she had having both fungal infection n urine infection.went to gynaecologist and took medication.used atrax n steroid creams for local application.itching got subsided.again she is suffering with same itching infact she is suffering with most of the times through out this year.now she has started periods..situations become more worst.went to gynaecologist n dermatologist but no isible discharge n no local skin problem dermatologist given candid ointment for local application.she is suffering alot.i don't know why she is encountering this problem again n again.except some bowl movement issues.she is ok..I don't know to whom I should meet?and what's the permanent solution.she is suffering alot..plz advice needful.

I am late for 7 days for my period. I have hypothyroidism also. I took primolut N for 2 days on April 1st and April 2nd. When can I expect my period? I am noticing thick white stretchy discharge No odor. Done urine test also negative. Is my period around?
