I had gotten my last period on 26th Feb , now till date it has not arrived. What shall be the reason?

I am on 33 day of my cycle today.. usually i have 32-35 cycle.. yesterday I got week positive on UPT kit.. so today I have taken HCG blood test.. IT is 215 miu/ml. is this is normal or low for 33 days..

If I take meprate tablets for 5 days will I get my period the 6th day for I should waut for more days

Hi, I got my double marker test done at 10 weeks 6d as per the suggestion of my gynaec. I got NT scan done at 13 weeks 1d. The results of NT scan are fine. But double marker test shows high risk of 1:62 for down syndrome. And the PAPPA levels are very low. They are 221 mU/L. And about 0.16 MOM. I have repeated the double marker test. Will the Pappa levels increase at 13 weeks? Will the repeated test show increased levels of PAPPA?
