I am having fever after endoscopy i was ok in the clinic after coming back i am having fever headache and body pain took calpol 650 but no use what should i do please help me dr saus it's an allergy i dont know what to do now

My periods are late by 15 day which are usually 7 days late but I had miscarriage 3 months back after that it got regular and were coming 2 days earlier...I have thyroid from last 7 years and I am on 50mcg thyroxin...I have pain in my thyroid gland I feel with missed periods ( something is streching in neck)...I am confused what should I do now...Go to a gynaecologist or an endocrinologist for further treatment and what exactly is happening

I have gone through c section on 2nd March after that the bleeding was light and stopped after 1 week...then again the bleeding started on 25 th March with heavy clots...i consulted with my gynaecologist...she told me to do USG and thyroid, hemoglobin profile and everything was normal so dr prescribed me pause mf tablet for 3 days each day 3 tablets...after taking that bleeding almost stopped...again from April 8th bleeding started and gradually flow is becoming more but no clots ... can't understand what's happening...is this my menstruation or what can be the reason of bleeding?

I was expecting my periods around 23rd March(19 days late) and after 3 4 days i had brown blood for couple of days . Then i took tests it was all negative. Then i had taken Nostra cr 10 mg from 3rd april till 8th april . Today again i had brown blood with very bad odor. What should i do?
