History : Menorrhagia.
Uterus : Size : 85 x 49 x 40 mm.
Normal in size, shape and shows multiple intramural fibroids
(atleast 4 in number) involving fundus, anterior and posterior
myometrium,
largest measuring ~ 10 x 10 mm in the posterior myometrium.
An ill defined heteroechoic lesion with streaky shadowing seen
in anterior myometrium, measures ~ 14 x 11mm.
Endometrium thickened and measures : 20.2 mm.
Ovaries : Right ovary : 31 x 25 mm ; Left ovary : 24 x 13 mm
Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and echotexture.
Right ovary shows a simple follicular cyst measures ~ 21 x 19 mm.
No free fluid in Pouch of Douglas.
Impression : * MULTIPLE INTRAMURAL FIBROIDS OF UTERUS.
* AN ILL DEFINED HETEROECHOIC AREA IN THE UTERUS AS
DESCRIBED ABOVE - COULD REPRESENT FOCAL ADENOMYOSIS.
* THICKENED ENDOMETRIUM.
- FOR CLINICAL / LAB DATA CORRELATION / FURTHER EVALUATION
WITH MRI PELVIS.

You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination.

First you should go for endometrial tissue biopsy for histopathological examination as your endometrium is thickened. To look for any atypical hyperplasia and management accordingly.
Multiple fibroid are of very small size. That will resolve with menopause.
