Polyp. In uterus
Uterus is normal in size (83 x 42 x 58 mm) and shows mild heterogeneous myometrial echotexture. Endometrial thickness is 12 mm and shows two hyperechoic areas with subtle internal vascularity predominantly along posterior aspect of size ~ 15.8 x 9.5 mm and 9 x 7 mm -? polyps. Periods are regular and on time. But only for three days

If no other symptoms get a postmenstrual ultrasound.  If the problem is still present, go for a hysteroscopy.
