Bulky uterus with endometrial polyp
My ultrasound reports show that uterus is measuring 92*47*58mm and is bulky in size. Endometrial echo: 12mm small polyp measuring 8*5mm noted in endometrial cavity. Do u suggest removal of uterus or will medication can heel it.
