I have fibroids in my uterus and breast since 5-6 years and I have no issue no symptoms size is less then 3 cm so should I go for screening or leave it for further

Fibroid in uterus and must be fibroadenoma in breasts . If no symptoms you can be expectant management and no active modalities are needed but regular follow up is crucial
