Do we have treatment for multiple fibroids without surgery if one is unmarried. When do we need to worry about it as I consulted a doc and she say's right now we can do nothing and if it gives problems it can be operated through minor surgery. We can't give medicine for hormones?just wanted opinion

Hi dr, last month due to my delayed periods , I underwent an ultrasound and I was diagnosed with simple ovarian cyst of 4cm , also I got my periods 8 days late naturally and I didn't took any medicine for cyst but this month again my periods are 3 days late .What can be the reason for that ?

I had my periods last on 27th March then on 31st March i had physical intercose but due to some reason the protection got damaged and for safety I took ipill and then on 7th again we did physical intercose and post then since 8th April i am facing reddish brown discharge What could be the reason for the same?
