Ovarian Cyst of 3 cm, CA 125- 153
I have ovarian cyst of ~3cm and CA 125 level is 153.
Pus cell value 70-80
My gynecologist suggested dinogest for a month and then asked to repeat CA125 test and tvs.
Please suggest what might be the issue.
