Consultation. This fellow doctor's!

This is me Dr K Supriya,this happened to me yesterday,that patient took consultation i have given her time almost 10 minutes over call,midway this smart girl,amisha(she might change her name in future and loot doctors) she cancelled the call but i wasn't aware,after completing the call when I checked in my consult section I was shocked that she has cancelled the consultation. It's very unacceptable by practo that they give such kind of options to patients but there should be a check on that if the doctor has given the patient suggestion then cancellation option should automatically close. I think it will help my fellow doctor's and prevent from such mishappenings also, practo should look into the matter seriously. Thanks you
