I am feeling stitch itching after 6 weeks or how much time it takes to heal or how many months should I take precautions

A month back i was having acne problem and i visited to a dermatologist, for that treatment he gave some medical prescription to take, i took it for a week n thn skipped it and since after that my cycles are are not date to date and I'm having some unusual blood spotting on daily basis for like few minutes but it's on daily basis what is the reason for it coz it's making me scared now

Hi, I am 29 years old , mom of a 3 years old boy. I couldn't control urinating sometimes. I won't feel like urinating but as a precaution I will just go to the restroom and all of a sudden I will feel an urgency to urinate and will not even be able to wait to lock the toilet doors and will end up wetting my pants. I had a medical abortion. The first dose of medicines were given on 25 march. As you can see in the attached ultra sound report, 1 particle of the embryo still remains.
