I want to delay my periods for one week for a vacation. What safe medicine can I take when and how many should I take.

Hello Doctors...I am at 25 weeks and during my fetal echo scan they found I have upper limit of normal AFI as 18.4 cm. Largest pool is 5.6 cm.Not sure on the cause. My weight has been gradually increasing in the rate of 0.5 KG per week. Done with GTT, found no sugar. Is it a risk? If so how can I reduce it. Kindly suggest 20th week I was at 71 kgs but now it has been increased to 75 KGS

My wife got a lasik surgery done on 9th April. Presently, she's only using 3 eye drops (includes a steroids eye drop) as recommended by the doctor. We are also planning for a baby and the gynecologist mentioned that if she gets period this time, then she should take a Rubella vaccine (R vac). 1. Is it safe to take Rubella vaccine especially when she's using eye drops daily 2. Doctor has prescribed R vac. However in the nearest hospital only MMR vaccine is available. Can she take any of these?

From last few months my wife period last only maximum 2 days. 1st day there will be good flow and from day 2 its light and maximum it will be over by 3rd day. Can someone advise if this is something to worry?

I had my anamoly scan last week and found that baby has pericardial effusion, EIF, left ventricle and right ventricle are not of same size and even the blood vessels are not of same size . Should I go for abortion and if yes. What is the procedure.

Right from puberty I have irregular periods as my age increases this problem also increased and past 1&1/2 year not getting periods unless i take progesterone . I went to doctor done papsmear and suggested lab tests and in hospital portal login under problem she mentioned amenorrhea.I have attached Pap smear results and prescribed lab test to do plz check and at-least tell me what might have happened to me . I have taken 1 tab unwanted 72 a week before. Can I take regestrone 5mg tablet for 3 days to delay my periods.i have also fibroid problems.

Hello Doctor I am in third trimester. Before 2weeks my TSH was around 4.5 and my free thyroxin(FT4) was 1.28 So my doctor increase the dose from 50 mcg to 62.5mcg. After two weeks i did repeat test now my TSH is 1 which is belongs to normal range as per my report but free thyroxin(FT4) is 1.35 which is a little bit higher than the range. In report range is showing 0.7 to 1.2 Please suggest what I need to do?

Are postnatal and postpartum same or different ? If different what is the difference ? ... ... ... ... ...
