Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Doctor I am in third trimester. Before 2weeks my TSH was around 4.5 and my free thyroxin(FT4) was 1.28 So my doctor increase the dose from 50 mcg to 62.5mcg. After two weeks i did repeat test now my TSH is 1 which is belongs to normal range as per my report but free thyroxin(FT4) is 1.35 which is a little bit higher than the range. In report range is showing 0.7 to 1.2 Please suggest what I need to do?

Are postnatal and postpartum same or different ? If different what is the difference ? ... ... ... ... ...

Hi, I am 32 year old. My periods are always regular. Last period I had on 30th march and I got another on 14th April. Though it started with spotting and heavy in between but it's 21st now and I am still slightly bleeding. Could there be any major issue here? Well this is the first instance I'm facing. Also speaking of any lifestyle changes the only thing I started from past 2 weeks is having sleep gummies as I was having hard time sleeping. Kindly advise here.

Hi doctor, I had an operation for endometriosis and chocolate cyst on 2021. At that time my doctor has done the dye test when I was in general Anastasia. That time my lift fallopian tube was clear and right one was sluggish, the dye took little time but passed through. Now after two years, I have revisited gynaecologist as i have not conceived. He said to do the HSG test again. Now my concern is can the report vary after two years? Is there any harm to redo the test? As it is painful i heard thats why i am tensed. please help
