I aged 47 took abdominal scan 4 month back . Found uterine fibroids 3.3 x 2.7. Now is it required to take abdominal scan. My period is also delayed for 10 days this month and also very much itchy on abdomen round even in lower back and thighs.

If it is only periods delayed by 10 days then you should get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm pregnancy.
