Endometrial hyperplasia
I had post menopausal bleeding and then again after an year. Did my TVS the endometrial thickness came 7 mm. Did the pap smear , it was all normal Now after 2 months with no more bleeding , the TVS showed 5.4 mm Is it cancer? Does the thickness automatically reduce like in my case without any treatment ? Please help me out.

Hi.Postmenopausal bleeding needs  evaluation by endometrial biopsy  to rule out endometrial pathology ..endometrial thickness  will reduce in postmenopausal women  even without any treatment.
Next Steps
endometrial biopsy   suggested .need to know other risk factors  for endometrial cancer  or any hormonal  intake

If you are so much worried about the episode of bleeding and endometrial thickness, it is better to get a hysterectomy done. You will have peace of mind.
