I had post menopausal bleeding and then again after an year. Did my TVS the endometrial thickness came 7 mm. Did the pap smear , it was all normal
Now after 2 months with no more bleeding , the TVS showed 5.4 mm
Is it cancer? Does the thickness automatically reduce like in my case without any treatment ? Please help me out.

Hi.Postmenopausal bleeding needs evaluation by endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial pathology ..endometrial thickness will reduce in postmenopausal women even without any treatment.
Next Steps
endometrial biopsy suggested .need to know other risk factors for endometrial cancer or any hormonal intake
If you are so much worried about the episode of bleeding and endometrial thickness, it is better to get a hysterectomy done.
You will have peace of mind.
