Endometrial thickness 14mm is it safe .i am getting only spotting during second and third day of menstruation

Since you are in reproductive age and not in  and menopausal age group, it is not a serious issue.You only need medication and regular follow up with Ultrasound ,if required.Tab MEPRATE  10 mg  once daily for 5 days. Withdrawal bleeding likely to occur within 24to,72 hrs after stopping the tablet. Please get thyroid function tests done once.
