I had peroids on 8th march 2023 after that we did IUI on 20th march & today we did hcg beta blood test so values is 1.69 so it is good or will hcg raise in few days? I have attached report also

I am having heavy periods these days and I am observing that the cramps in stomach is there. Many people have suggested me to take paracetamol for the pain during periods. Is it safe to take crocin or any other paracetamol to relieve pain during periods?
