Hi, I am 30 year old with pcos condition. Recently I have started with Ayurvedic powder which intake in morning before food and at night after dinner. I feel tired than usual and stool is also very dark. I wanted to take this powder for 1 month and it's been 2 weeks only. Are these usual signs ?

This is an Ayurvedic powder. It must have been prescribed by an Ayurvedic Doctor. Please ask him about the problems you are facing. I think I have no business to interfere with someone else's prescription.

There are many medication for pcos in modern medicine. If you have severe side effect from ayurvedic medication. You should stop them.
