I m mother of two and half years baby ..still breastfeeding to baby ...my periods are coming late from last 6 months ...what should I do???

I had undergone c section delivery 7 months ago . I am getting severe itching in my stitches . What can I do for relief?

Today i did my first IUI. I took lezra 2.5 mg from day 3 to day 7 then on 8th dat i took HMG 150 IU and on 10tb day i took ovidrel trigger shot and today on day 12 i got IUI. After the procedure the doctor prescribed me cyclogest 400 mg once daily and duphaston 10 mg twice daily and told me to do beta HCG blood test if my periods don't come on the expected date but she didn't tell me for how long i should take those two medicines. As by taking duphaston 10 mg tablets we clearly know that duphaston delays periods and 7 days  after stopping duphaston we get periods so i am really confused for how long should i take cyclogest 400 mg and duphaston 10 mg. Please tell me for how long should i take them? I would be forever thankful to you doctors.

Doctor prescribed me unwanted kit 1 tablet in the night, 2 misoprostol in the morning & 2 at night. I had bleeding & pain after first 2 tablets after 2 in the night no bleeding just waterish. Is it common to just have light bleeding it is not like my regular periods also very less. Should I repeat the kit again

If a doctor has old equipment, is it possible to miss a 30 weeks fetus? It cannot be possible even if the equipment is a bit old or outdated right?
