Monosomy of x chromosome-turner syndrome
Hello, My wife got miscarriaged recently and karyotyping report said monosomy of x chromosome indicating turner syndrome. Q1.)I have 2 ques is this be from father side or only by mother side? Q2.) Can my wife conceive with healthy fetus next time? Q3.) She has RPOC of 6.5mm post d and c and now after 10 days she is bleeding, When reported to treating gynaecologist she adviced tranexamic acid and rest. Is this ok? Monosmy or Trisomy both are accidental. They just happen. They need not recur in subsequent pregnancies from the same set of couples. Both the partners have an X chromosome in their genetic makeup , it can be either XX or XY. So in any of the gametes, at the time of division the sperm or the ovum did not get X . So it could be a defect in either sperm or ovum.  Defect could be from  mother's side or from the father's side . The main thing is that it need not recur.

you need to get karyotying of chromosomes both partners and consult with genecisist
