About 6 months ago , we were expecting identical twins . But cardiac activity stopped in 8th week and got aborted. Dr suggested many test apla and many other blood test but everything was normal. Doc suggested karyotyping , my wife reports was normal .( Karyotype [ISCN 2020] :46,XX) Mine was - Karyotype [ISCN 2020]: 46,X,Yqh- interpretation: Normal male karyotype, however, a decrease in length of the heterochromatin on the long (q) arm of chromosome Y is noted in all metaphases analyzed, which represents a common heteromorphism and is considered as a normal variant. Our Gynae is saying this is normal. Kindly tell what could be the solution for successful pregnancy. I am attaching my report

Have u done the karyotype of the abortus??? If the abortus karyotype is carrying your Y chromosome then it could be the reason of abortions. Meet a geneticist and go for genetic counseling
