I have taken femilon tablet for 6 months giving consecutive gap after 21days for7 days I got my period in May 19 and my 6 month course finshed but I got my next period after just 13days what to do

Hello Doctors,on 6th may ,I had Hysterolaproscopy in that I got diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometriosis so I'm on leupride 11.25mg (took in this week) and dctor suspected  for Genital TB as well but test was negative still taking AKT4 but Now it's almost  week but my periods are not getting stop heavy bleeding with small clots are there (I had history of  lean PCOS) what couldbe the reasonof this heavy bleeding?
