Hello,
I am having twin pregnency 4 months completed. My heaemoglobin is 8 g/dl and glucose pp is also 138 mg/dl which is on border line. I am bit worried. What should I do to increase blood level and to control blood sugar level also ?

You need to take Iron supplements regularly with Iron rich diet. Sugars can be controlled by Diabetic diet at the moment. You need to recheck them aga after 3 weeks.
