Regarding red blood count is low

Meri biwi ko abhi 20 days phle ek baby girl huyi h (by cesarion). Usko bukh nhi lag rhi h aur weak feel kr rhi h jb uska CBC test kraya to usme red blood count (3.7 million/cum) low and Packed cell volume (32.0%) low show kr rha h.
Please advice what should I do.
