This is early pregnancy. Don’t stress out. Get your repeat scan after 1 week for confirmation. If there is no spotting or bleeding or intense abdominal cramp, no need to worry. Continue progesterone support

You are already taking progesterone support as prescribed for this . Nothing else you can do. Don't take stress . You can do a beta HCG test if concerned . And repeat scan after 1 week

Hello there, At 5.5 wks of pregnancy fetal heart rate 106bpm is not bad. But still if you are concerned about your baby’s well being you can do the following to ensure healthy and safe pregnancy- 1. Get a baseline serum beta HCG done. 2. Repeat this beta HCG after 48-72 hrs, if the amount doubles the baseline beta HCG level that means your pregnancy is healthy and viable. 3. You can either repeat this beta HCG test again after 48-72 hrs or do a TVS( trans vaginal sonography )after 1 week. 4. Continue taking your progesterone supplement and folic acid
