In this stage of pregnancy due to high levels of pregnancy harmones, in the standing position your BP may become low leading to dizziness, which you could  overcome by avoiding standing position for longer time. Check for other causes of dizziness without consultant.

Dizziness can be managed by making lifestyle adjustments like getting up slowly, staying hydrated, eating small, frequent meals, and avoiding lying on your back from the second trimester onwards. However, persistent or severe dizziness accompanied by other symptoms like headaches, blurred vision, or chest pain requires immediate medical attention.  Ask for help and take support while getting up from a sitting or  lying position
