Bilateral choroid plexus is soft marker for trisomies. Mostly these cysts are benign and disappear eventually. But considering your age, you can go NIPT testing just to be more sure. NIPT is also screening test just like dual marker but more with high sensitivity.

Hello there, You can go for NIPT (highly accurate in screening fetal anomaly) However if your NIPT comes out to be positive you will have to go for Chorionic Villus Sampling(usg guided) for proper diagnosis.

Isolated Choroid plexus cysts are usually harmless & eventually disappear... As your other tests are normal you can follow up on subsequent scans
