Hello my anomaly scan shows intracardiac echogenic focus , doctor did not mention anything worrisome during scan and said that everything is good and growth of baby is good. But I am worried about what is written on report.Please give your opinion presently I am in 20th week and on ecosprin 150 and taking iron and calcium tablets. I have attached scan report.

Intracardiac echogenic foci are usually harmless and nothing to worry. Was double marker test / NIPT test done prior?
In rare cases these foci are related to chromosomal abnormalities
