Among the obstetric scans in pregnancy there r two scans which are important
1. NT SCAN 11-14 weeks
2. Anomaly scan 18-21 weeks
Anomaly scan will b describing all the details of the fetus head to toe .. Major defects can b detected in this anomaly scan.. sonologists usually take major time to do this scan so that's they wouldn't miss any major defects of the baby...
Don't worry regarding the baby movements... Usually pregnancy for the first time ll make u more tensed..u world b not in a situation to understand wat u r going thru..u would b having fetal movement but recognising that u have it ll need time...

Hello there
Anomaly scan is done basically to rule of any structural malformations in baby!
Such grossly malformed baby can't survive or if they survive there prognosis is poor!
In india MTP is allowed till 20 wks official
Beyond that u need special'permission from court to terminate pregnancy.
So better get the scan as soon as possible.
It's to early to feel baby kicks.
Be calm
