Plasma glucose test pp

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 7 month pregnant.my dr askd for HbA1C and plasma glucose pp test..my HbA1C test report is is 4.7 % which is negetive..but plasma test pp result is 206mg/dl which is high..is it possible? am i diabetic? can it create any complications?
