Hi Doctor, need your suggest if single cord loop is present around the neck at 36 week scan  is normal delivery possible or should I go for c sec. If for c sec which week is best for c sec. Also want to let you know that single cord loop around neck is there from anomaly scan no chances please suggest best advice

Hi, I recently took pap smear and got below report. Is there any issue? I took this pap smear after course of antibiotics for watery yellow discharge and discharge is now stopped. Findings : Moderately cellular smear showing Scattered Superficial Squamous Cells, intermediate Squamous Cells, endocervical cells, parabasal cells, some intermediate cells shows reactive nuclear atypia admixed with sheet of Inflammatory cells in background. Interpretation: Reactive changes - present, Grandular & Squamous Abnormalities - absent Infective organism - absent, other cells - nil Impression: inflammatory smear with reactive changes. No signs of intraepithelial lesion or malignancy.

Hello doctors, while having breakfast my wife felt sudden pain like needle pinch in stomach below left and middle ribs for 5-10 mins, she felt a slight dizziness. Since February, facing issues, stomach ache that migrate from one place to another, loosing weight and pressure in private parts when I feel to urinate feel more pressure in private parts and before urination pain in private parts. Though I consult gastrologist, ct scan of abdominal done cerum creatinine esr tb etc test done. All were normal, consulted urologist ultrasound of stomach post and pre void, kidney test urine test all normal and for uroflowmetry he said there is little obstruction, he gave me urimax tab 0.4 for one month and pre probiotic capsule, ... I also consult for gynaecologist she don't examine for issue and orally said there is nothing. But I am facing the issues till today stomach pain, and that urge to urine when I drink 2 glass of water in one go, and after that feel to urinate almost within 1 hour and again and again , also feel pressure and irrigation and pain in private parts . please help
