Pregnancy and Infertility

I am planning to conceive next year and I want to focus on my fitness as I have irregular periods.  The last one came in 3/4 months ago; what should I do? Also please suggest what type of full body checkup I should take as there are multiple options and I am confused which one to choose.

Hello, Recent ultrasound for my wife (32yrs) shows anterior placenta with grade 3 maturity. Also AFI is at 8.8. Baby weight 2154 gms. She do not have high BP or diabetes. We are monitoring baby movements and those seem normal, but we are bit anxious. Please see the attached reports. Is there anything to be concerned or any precautions we should take?

Hi doctor, I have 1year 5month baby and am breastfeeding. I have been taking cerazette from last 3months as my period bleeding didn't stop. I was having spotting or light bleeding while on cerazette. On 3rd of this month, completed cerazette 28 tablets, from 5th of this month.. Bleeding has started. It's light bleeding not heavy. On 5th and 6th getting light bleeding. When will bleeding stop completely. What if it doesn't stops..? Please advice. Thanks in advance

Hi , Is it okay to consume sugar free or jaggery in moderation when someone is trying to conceive. I usually take 1 tsp in my tea.

I am done with my HSG and my report is normal. Doctor has prescribed below andtibiotic and antifungal medicine for 5 days after HSG test. 1. Clindasure 300 2. Dolowin forte 3. Cefixime & ofloxacin tablet Are these medicines safe if I am trying to conceive? Please help me. I could not ask that doctor on the HSG  day since I was in pain.

I got period on 24th of May and again I got period on 7th of June..only 10 days apart .and having so much back pain ..and lot of bleeding .do pcods rupture ...if ruptures what happen ...kindly share the information please...

Iam unmarried women having 2 lumps in left breast and one lump is right breast but left pains more than right. I had ultrasound on 2022 December. Report result came as fibroadenoma and inflammed intra mammary node likely focal mastitis ( though iam unmarried). I had taken 10 day course of antibiotics. Still feel pain so have re screening on may 30,2023 . There is no change in the reports still it came as focal mastitis and inflammed intramamary node. Iam having severe shoulder pain and upper outer quadrant pain of left breast. I reached to general surgeon, he said its common no need of biopsy. But iam worried about it 🥺😢. Any possibility of cancer? Why my prolactin levels are high but periods are regular. Hemoglobin is 10.1

I am 49 year old ,I have got my period on  21 February than after 2 months on 14 th may, than i got my periods  today on 6th June (that is earlier than my expected date) ,i am also feeling weakness Can you please answer me why I am facing this much irregularities in menstrual cycles?

I was having meohhorea in the month of April. Earlier I was detected with tiny Endometrial Pollyp less something in mm. The Dr. prescribed me Regesterone 5g for 21 days. The medicine got over on 31st May 2023, I got the period yesterday 5th June 2023. Today I passed a desidual Cast. As the entire uterus linning came out, is there a possibility that Endometrium pollyp gone? Should I consult a Dr. ? I have attached the photo of Desidual Cast.
