I dont get my periods after delivery.. Still 4 months completed but didn't get my periods back... Am a breastfeeding mother... Is it normal? When did my periods start?

Lmp - 29th april after stopping dinofirst dienogest 2ng. Starting dienogest again on 8th may. Little Dark brownish spotting from 30th may. Continuing dienogest. Today, its little heavy spotting than other days. Anything to worry?

I delivered my first baby on 20.01.2023. I am a breast feeding mom. Had my first periods after 3 months on 22.04.2023. Now I am 10 days late for my periods. Is it normal while breast feeding or I need to visit a Doctor?

I'm on a Letroz cycle. CD27/15DPO, I was on Susten for the last 12 days. My doctor has asked me to take an UPT on CD/35/23DPO and told me to stay on Susten till then. She's traveling abroad and I'm unable to reach her. I'm confused because last cycle i was strictly told to take Susten for only 15 days and test on 16th day. Now I'm asked to continue till 21st day. Is this right? Is it okay to take Susten till then or should i take a test on 16DPO and stop Susten if negative result appears?
