Hi i had my nt scan in 12weeks placenta was posterior normal. Not low lying. Everything was normal. When I go for early anomaly scan in 16 weeks it was showing posterior low lying reaching upto internal OS. Within 4 weeks it came low lying is it really possible? Or should I do scan in other scan centre and check. They haven't mentioned distance from os.

You should not bother yourself about the location of the placenta at this stage. You should consult your Gynaecologist if you have any bleeding or spotting.
