Hello, I'm experiencing pain on my 4th day of periods.first 3 days I'll get normal pain but on 4 th day I get lot of pain in my lower abdomen as well as my legs.This is happening from last 5 months.should i consult doctor or is it normal?

Pain during menstruation is called Dysmenorrhoea and about 50-70% female experience this , the intensity of pain may vary..
If it is sever then you should consult with your near by gynaecologist,
Other use hot fomentations, do regular exercise ,
And you can also take tablet zerodol spaz or meftal spaz whenever needed...
